The role
You work streets you can walk to from the office. Perth, Highgate, Mount Lawley and the surrounds, with a 6000 postcode behind you, our data in front of you, and no competition for the patch from inside the team. Agents wait years for a run like this and most never get one.
What we put behind you
Milenka Green leads our data support team. When we take on a suburb we build it out from publicly available information, commonly around 10,000 property owners, with the contact details that let us run addressed post campaigns and build matched social media audiences. That is the engine that puts appraisals in front of you.
On top of that you get everything the rest of the team gets: prospecting paid for, a marketing package on every listing that the seller is never charged for, bespoke listing kits, a second KPR salesperson at every home open, and admin support sitting in the room rather than at the end of an email.
You will suit this role if you
- hold a current WA sales representative registration or agent’s licence
- are writing fewer than 20 sales a year and want to be well past 50
- know Perth, Highgate, Mount Lawley and the streets around them, or want to
- understand what an exclusive territory is worth and will treat it that way
- want to build a name in an area you can walk
What success looks like
The area around our office becoming KPR country, and your name on it.
You would be employed by KPR Perth Pty Ltd under the Real Estate Industry Award 2020. What that looks like for you is worked out openly, and in confidence, with James before anything is agreed.
