We take on one salesperson at a time, and that person gets sixty days of our attention before we expect them to carry a full workload. This is what those sixty days cover.
Why one at a time
We do not take a salesperson on without committing to prospecting for them. That commitment is real work for the office, and it is the reason we can only do it properly for one person at a time, in order, rather than hiring three people and hoping.
The systems, so you are not guessing
- REX, our CRM. Not just where records are kept. How to search it, work it, and get a call list out of it every week.
- The strata information pack. What goes into one, how to order it, and how to put it in front of a buyer so an offer actually moves.
- Outlook, done properly. The calendar, the shared inboxes, and how we categorise, so nothing is lost and anyone in the office can pick up a file and know where it is up to.
- Our AI systems. Where we use them, where we do not, and how they give you back the hours most agents lose to admin.
In the field from the first week
- Home opens alongside our existing salespeople, straight away, not after a month of reading manuals.
- The sales rep kit box, what is in it and what each piece is for.
Your material
We arrange it, from business cards through to the letters that go out to a database. You are not standing at an office printer on a Sunday.
Your area
- We agree the area you will work, together. It has to suit you and it has to make sense next to the rest of the team.
- Milenka and our database team build the database for that area.
- The marketing goes out to that area so enquiry and listings start coming in early, rather than months down the track.
The commitment
We do not take a salesperson on without committing to doing the prospecting for them, and it has to be done in an orderly manner. That is why the next role opens when the current onboarding finishes, and not before.
