Most salespeople think about moving long before they move. The thinking usually happens at 9pm on a Tuesday, after a week of unplanned listings and a marketing invoice conversation that went badly, and it stays private, because in this industry word travels faster than a signed offer.
We built our recruitment process around that reality.
One person reads your enquiry
The confidential form at the foot of our Join Our Team page goes to James Yeoman, our Director, and to nobody else at KPR. Not to an office inbox, not to an administrator, not to a recruiter. Nothing goes further than the two of you until you want it to. If you would rather talk first, call 08 6385 6800 and ask for James, and the same rule applies.
James has worked in strata sales since 1998. He has seen what a move looks like from every angle, including the months of quiet thinking that come before one, and he is comfortable with a conversation that goes nowhere for a while. Some of the best conversations do.
What you would be looking at
KPR is a specialist agency at 338 Beaufort Street, Perth, selling strata and residential property across the inner city and beyond. KPR has specialised in strata since 2012. Sellers book their campaign week in advance on our website, capped at three new campaigns per salesperson per week, so the diary is planned rather than reactive. The marketing on every campaign is paid by KPR in full. Offers run openly through Openn. A buyer database of more than 7,900 qualified strata buyers is maintained weekly and worked every Friday.
The current openings are on the Roles Available page. If nothing there fits but the way we work does, send the form anyway. Rooms get made for the right people more often than job advertisements suggest.
The first conversation
Expect questions about your patch, your database, and how you like to run a campaign. Bring your own questions about ours. Nothing is announced, nothing is assumed, and you stay in control of the timing from the first message to the last.
