Sellers now book their campaign week at KPR, and it changes the job

Since August 2026, a seller on our website can open a calendar, pick their KPR salesperson, and book the week their campaign starts. Not a time for a phone call. The week itself. The page is live at Book Your Campaign Space, and it works like a booking desk: choose the person, choose the week, hold the space.

How the diary works

Each KPR salesperson starts a maximum of three campaigns in any week. When a seller books, the space is held for 48 hours so the selling agency agreement can be signed. If a week is full, the calendar says so honestly, and the seller can still ask, because real estate is dynamic and a week can change shape quickly. Confirmations, holds, and releases are all handled by automatic branded emails, so nothing sits waiting for someone to get back to a desk.

The cap is the point. A campaign gets its heaviest work in the first fortnight: photography, the information pack, the buyer database run, the first Friday email, the first opens, the first offers ranked on Openn. Three new campaigns a week is the number that lets all of that happen properly for every seller, every time.

What this looks like from the salesperson’s side of the desk

If you sell residential real estate, you know what an unplanned week feels like. Four listings land at once, then nothing for a fortnight, and the campaign that arrived third gets whatever energy is left on Thursday night.

A booked diary changes that. Listings arrive as scheduled weeks, visible to the whole team in advance. You can see your September before it happens. The administration around each hold, the reminder at the 48 hour mark, the confirmation when the agreement is signed, all of it runs on rails, and the hours that used to go on chasing paperwork go on the campaign instead.

Sellers respond to it too. A calendar with limited spaces is a truthful picture of how the work is done, and a seller who has chosen their week has made a real commitment to the campaign before it starts.

Why a booked diary is even possible

A calendar like this only works because the listings do not depend on any one salesperson’s cold calling. At KPR the seller enquiry comes from the front of the business: constant marketing with a data team behind it, a buyer database of more than 8,000 qualified strata buyers worked every Friday, and the capacity to database an entire suburb of owners. The prospecting engine belongs to the agency, and the salesperson’s diary fills from it.

That is what removes the rollercoaster most salespeople live on. Hold a dozen listings and sell nothing, and the workload is crushing while the income is zero. Sell everything at once, and next month starts empty and the prospecting starts from scratch. When the leads arrive from the agency’s marketing and the diary is capped and booked in advance, the listings, the workload, and the pipeline all stay level. That evenness is the real product of the system, and it is only available to the salespeople inside it.

If you are a seller reading this

Booking a week costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You are holding a space, not signing anything. Pick your salesperson and your week at Book Your Campaign Space, and the marketing that goes with it is paid for by KPR in full.

If you are a salesperson reading this

We built this system because our salespeople are busy, and we would rather plan the work than wear it. If a diary that runs like this sounds like the way you want to sell, have a confidential conversation with James Yeoman, our Director. There is a private form at the foot of our Join Our Team page that reaches James and nobody else at KPR, or call the office on 08 6385 6800 and ask for him.
