How do KPR do it differently?

    Rent reaches you as the tenant pays it, rather than being held for an end of month cycle. Paid onto a loan the day it arrives, it starts reducing interest that day.

    Most of what we manage sits in strata schemes. That is the same specialisation the sales side of the business has been built on since 2012, so the by-laws, the levy notices and the minutes are familiar ground rather than something we have to go and learn.

Technology that pays you sooner

KPR Property Management runs on Managed App. Owners can log in at any time, on a phone or a computer, to see their rent, statements, invoices, inspection reports and property documents.

Rent is not held for an end of month cycle. As the tenant pays, the money comes in and goes straight back out to the owner, less only the costs the owner has agreed to. Bills on the property are paid automatically on their due date, and where a property is owned by more than one person, each owner can be paid their share straight to their own account.

Money that reaches you sooner is money back in your account, or against your loan, days earlier each month.
