With KPR your rent is not held for a monthly cycle: as your tenant pays, the money comes in and goes straight back out to you, less only what you have approved, such as our management fee and any repairs you have agreed to. It is back in your hands, and working on your loan, typically within two business days of your tenant paying, rather than weeks later.

KPR Property Management runs on Managed App. Owners can log in at any time, on a phone or a computer, to see their rent, statements, invoices, inspection reports and property documents.
Bills on the property are paid automatically on their due date, and where a property is owned by more than one person, each owner can be paid their share straight to their own account.
