Own a Perth suburb where the houses repeat.

Some suburbs are built in a rhythm. Baldivis, Ellenbrook, and plenty like them, where the housing stock repeats street after street and the same buyer profile comes back again and again. That rhythm rewards a system and punishes hustle on its own.

The role

You work one suburb, or a tight cluster of them, as the KPR agent for that patch. You appraise, you list, you sell, you run the home opens. What you stop doing is spending half your week generating your own leads, because that part is our job, not yours.

What we put behind you

Milenka Green leads our data support team. When we take on a suburb we build it out from publicly available information, commonly around 10,000 property owners, with the contact details that let us run addressed post campaigns and build matched social media audiences. That is the engine that puts appraisals in front of you.

KPR pays for your prospecting. Addressed Australia Post mail rather than letterbox drops, social campaigns built from the same data, and a full marketing package on every listing that we pay for and never charge back to the seller. You walk into an appraisal already able to offer professional photography, a floor plan, a complete information pack and listings across all the major portals.

You will suit this role if you

• hold a current WA sales representative registration or agent’s licence
• already work one suburb, or a tight cluster, and want to own it properly
• are writing fewer than 20 sales a year and suspect the ceiling is your systems, not your ability
• want to be the name people think of in your suburb
• will work a home open properly, follow a process, and put the KPR brand ahead of your own

What success looks like

If you are writing fewer than 20 sales a year now, our aim is to get you past 50, and to make your suburb the one where sellers think of your name first.

You would be employed by KPR Perth Pty Ltd under the Real Estate Industry Award 2020. What that looks like for you is worked out openly, and in confidence, with James before anything is agreed.
