The role
You join our strata sales team and work the listings our data drives to you. If you already have strata strength, this is where you finally get to use it at volume. If you do not, we will teach you properly, because strata is what KPR knows better than most.
What we put behind you
Our buyer and owner data is current and updated every week, and it is pointed at you. Information packs go out to enquiries automatically. The levies, by-laws and paperwork on a strata listing are handled with you rather than dropped on you, so the part of the job that slows other agents down is the part you worry about least.
KPR pays for the marketing on every listing and never charges it back to the seller, so you present with professional photography, a floor plan, a full information pack and all the major portals from your very first appraisal.
You will suit this role if you
- hold a current WA sales representative registration or agent’s licence
- are writing up to 20 sales a year and want to lift that sharply
- either know strata well, or genuinely want to learn it
- are organised enough to work a database rather than a phone list
- are happy to take on the detail other agents avoid
What success looks like
A steady run of strata listings coming to you rather than being chased, and a sales volume that moves well past where you are now.
You would be employed by KPR Perth Pty Ltd under the Real Estate Industry Award 2020. What that looks like for you is worked out openly, and in confidence, with James before anything is agreed.
