Northbridge

Northbridge sits directly north of the Perth CBD and is the city’s dining, entertainment and cultural quarter. It is one of the few genuinely urban addresses in Western Australia.

The housing

Apartments, warehouse conversions and a pocket of surviving cottages. Buyers here are typically people who want to live in the middle of things, along with investors who value the constant tenant demand that comes with a location like this.

The Cultural Centre

The Perth Cultural Centre sits in the suburb and holds the Art Gallery of Western Australia, the WA Museum Boola Bardip and the State Library of WA, all within one open precinct.

Eating out

James Street, Lake Street, William Street and Roe Street carry one of the densest concentrations of restaurants, cafes and small bars in the state.

Getting around

Perth station and the Perth Busport are on the southern edge, and the free CAT buses run through the suburb.
