KPR Property Management looks after residential property right across the Perth metropolitan area, from Yokine and Victoria Park to Dalkeith, Huntingdale and Baldivis. The portfolio is deliberately broad: older 1-bedroom units, houses, townhouses, and 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartments over three storeys. Strata is a particular strength, because of the sales side of the business, but management is not limited to it. Most of the houses we manage rent for well over $1,000 per week.

Technology that pays you sooner
KPR Property Management runs on Managed App. Owners can log in at any time, on a phone or a computer, to see their rent, statements, invoices, inspection reports and property documents.
Rent is not held for an end of month cycle. As the tenant pays, the money comes in and goes straight back out to the owner, less only the costs the owner has agreed to. Bills on the property are paid automatically on their due date, and where a property is owned by more than one person, each owner can be paid their share straight to their own account.
Money that reaches you sooner is money back in your account, or against your loan, days earlier each month.
You are also welcome to come in. Our office is at 338 Beaufort Street, in the suburb of Perth, with easy parking, and you can sit down with your property manager rather than deal with a call centre.
What we manage, and what we do not
Is this strata management?
No. KPR Property Management manages residential rental properties for owners. That means tenants, rent, inspections, maintenance, statements and compliance. We are not strata managers. We do not manage strata companies, strata schemes or bodies corporate, and we do not administer levies or run strata meetings.
So what is the strata connection?
It sits on the sales side. KPR Perth is a licensed real estate agency that sells residential property across Perth and specialises in strata property sales, which means selling lots inside strata and survey-strata schemes. Knowing strata well makes us better at selling and managing apartments, villas and townhouses. It does not make us your strata manager.

Residential rental property across the Perth metropolitan area: houses, apartments, villas and townhouses, with our heaviest concentration in the inner-city corridor around Perth, Highgate, Mount Lawley, Maylands, East and West Perth, Northbridge, North Perth and Subiaco.

Tina Stevens, our Senior Property Manager. Tina looks after the portfolio personally, so the person you speak to is the person who knows your property. Marcus Stevens assists her across property management.
