About Tony
Tony brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to every sale, built on residential sales across Perth’s western suburbs and beyond. He has managed some of the highest-performing sales offices in the Western Suburbs, recruited and led teams of sales consultants, and consistently ranked among the top performers wherever he has worked.
His experience covers the full breadth of property: houses, apartments, strata-titled homes and commercial premises, along with the marketing of complete residential projects to buyers in Perth and overseas. That breadth means Tony has seen almost every situation a sale can present, and he knows how to keep a transaction moving through to settlement.
That includes commercial property. Tony has sold and marketed offices, showrooms, strata-titled warehouses and commercial developments across Perth, and clients in his recent commercial sales describe deep knowledge of the commercial market, exceptional professionalism and complete transparency from start to finish.
Qualified in real estate management, with further studies in commerce and law, Tony pairs sharp analytical skills with a straightforward commitment to service: transparent, open communication, honest advice on price, and a focus on the relationship rather than the transaction.
At KPR, Tony sells on the full KPR system: qualified buyers already on our database, every enquiry answered with a complete information pack within minutes, marketing paid in full by KPR, and offers ranked live on Openn. If you are thinking of selling, call Tony for obligation-free advice.
Tony also leads KPR’s project marketing, and this is where his background runs deepest. Before KPR he built and ran his own project marketing and development business, involved in more than twenty-five projects across Western Australia: land estates from Baldivis to Jurien Bay, a marina development in Mandurah, golf course estates, apartment and mixed-use buildings, and commercial, industrial and medical projects. Several of those he initiated himself and later sold on to other developers, which is the strongest endorsement a project marketer can earn: being trusted with the whole venture, not just the campaign. His involvement typically starts at the conceptual stage, working with architects, planners and local authorities on the most valuable use for a site, and he has marketed Western Australian projects to buyers locally and offshore across Asia, the Middle East and South Africa. For developers, that means one experienced hand across feasibility, pricing, staging, buyer targeting, and the sales team on the ground.
“Good, old-fashioned caring and highly professional service with the sale. Goes above and beyond for all parties. Didn’t think there were still agents like this out there. Highly recommended.” Seller, 5 star verified review
