Huntingdale
Huntingdale sits in Perth’s south east, in the City of Gosnells, next to Southern River and Thornlie. It is a settled residential suburb built largely around family housing.
The housing
Family houses on generous blocks, mostly from the later decades of the last century, with newer townhouses and villas appearing as blocks are developed. It remains one of the more affordable ways into a house and land in the metropolitan area.
Parks and schools
The suburb has a good spread of local parks and reserves and is served by local primary schooling, with high schools close by.
Getting around
Nicholson Road and Ranford Road connect the suburb north and south, Roe Highway is a short run away, and Thornlie station serves the area.
