Huntingdale
Huntingdale sits in Perth’s south east, in the City of Gosnells, next to Southern River and Thornlie. It is a settled residential suburb built largely around family housing.
The housing
Family houses on generous blocks, mostly from the later decades of the last century, with newer townhouses and villas appearing as blocks are developed. It remains one of the more affordable ways into a house and land in the metropolitan area.
Parks and schools
The suburb has a good spread of local parks and reserves and is served by local primary schooling, with high schools close by.
Getting around
Transperth routes 215 and 216 run between Thornlie and Gosnells stations by way of Thornlie Square and Warton Road, and their route map shows them passing Huntingdale. Check the current Transperth timetable for the nearest stop and times.
