KPR was the real estate agency of the seller when we recently purchased an investment property. However, they also helped and guided us through out the settlement process. We discussed with James about our intention of working with KPR for renting that property, James had provided us a very competitive property management fee and detailed pricing for every potential cost, plus discounts as well. Moreover, Tina the property manager handled our rental property right after we agreed the contract, from advertising, home opens etc etc… until we got the appropriate tenant. An amazing time with KPR management

I had such a great experience selling my Subiaco apartment with KPR. Kate was easy to communicate with and kept me informed every step of the way. Both James (the owner) and Kate are professional and also genuinely lovely people to talk to! I would highly recommend KPR if you want to sell your property!

I’m not sure how to adequately express how grateful I am for Tina’s phenomenal work over the past six months. Following a flooding incident at my property, Tina has not missed a beat. Not only has she diligently kept up with dozens (hundreds?) of emails, details and payments, she has been a constant support for both me and my tenants. Tina has truly gone above and beyond to ensure I was reimbursed for every dollar I was owed, and I could not recommend her highly enough.
